About this course:
- This group course is very systematic. Each week will reference on chapter in the Help Her Heal book, and you will learn what your wife needs to move forward WITH you in her healing.
- This course provides opportunities to practice walking through situations you encounter in your relationship with step-by-step guidance on how to show up for your wife with empathy.
- You will gain education and tools to increase intimacy and build trust in your marriage.
- The gospel of Jesus Christ will be applied to the principles in the Help Her Heal book.
- We will be using slides and worksheets as you learn and practice new skills.
- Each class will be recorded and uploaded in a private portal in case you miss a day. The worksheets will also be uploaded for you to access.
Prerequisites:
1. At least 90 days of sobriety
2. Have fully disclosed the information about your past behaviors to your wife unless she has requested that you not share that information

Facilitator: Deborah Cobb
Deborah has been involved in WORTH for the last 5 years, and is currently a WORTH coach running WORTH support groups.
She is a Certified Life Coach and Embodied Processing Practitioner and is currently attending graduate school to acquire a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
She has been married for 26 years and has experienced the work needed to heal and move forward from marital infidelity.
She is passionate about partnering with God in providing education and tools for men and women to move forward in their healing and recovery so they can choose to act according to truth.
